In case of registration for the Glacier Trail Run the participant accepts the disclaimer of liability, provided by the organizer, for damages of any kind. Participants will not make claims against the organizers and the sponsors of the event, nor against the owners of private trails or their representatives, in case of damages and injuries of any kind that might arise from the participation in the sports event. The participant also declares that he had sufficient training units and is physically fit in order to participate in this running competition. The organizer and his team are responsible for a correct and safe race, therefore instructions given by the organizing team, official authorities, doctors, course marshals and volunteers at the refreshment stations are to be obeyed. If the organizer notices a questionable state of health, the participant can be excluded from the race. Furthermore, the participant himself must have a valid liability and accident insurance. He also agrees that all data entered in the registration form as well as photos and films taken can be used without any remuneration claims. The participant assures that his date of birth is correct and that he will not pass on his start number to third parties. In case of cancellation due to force majeure (bad weather, etc.) the entry fee cannot be refunded. Due to certain safety reasons the organizer reserves the right to postpone the starting times of the respective competitions or to change the running tracks without prior notice.
