Doorstep skiing at its best - at 1900 meters above sea level, right next to Festkoglbahn mountain gondola (approx. 150 m)! In winter our apartment is accessible on skis. Also in summer it makes a perfect holiday base for all kinds of activities and hiking tours. Nearest bus stop is approx. 200 meters away. A supermarket can be found next door. Ample balcony for wonderful sunbathing, especially in summer. Varied fine restaurants in the immediate surroundings.
