- Make a booking: Book your luggage collection by calling ÖBB customer service on tel. 05-1717 or by visiting an ÖBB ticket counter in person at least 3 working days before your preferred collection date. The ÖBB door-to-door luggage service can only be booked in conjunction with a valid ÖBB ticket.
- Label your luggage: When your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a luggage slip and an address tag for identifying your pieces of luggage. Check the dimensions (max. combined length and girth: 300 cm) and weight (max. 30 kg) of your pieces of luggage and make sure the luggage slip is clearly visible.
- Have your luggage collected: Our driver will collect your luggage at the arranged time from your address and transport it safely to your chosen destination.

Yes, dogs are allowed on DBB, ÖBB and SBB trains. Dogs must either wear a muzzle and be secured on a lead - a ticket is required for this - or they must travel in a transport box. Guide dogs for the blind and assistance dogs travel free of charge and do not have to wear a muzzle.
