Highlights
HIGH MUT CABLE CAR RESTRICTIONS.
Due to construction work, the lower section (Mut Bahn Section I) will not be in operation during summer 2026. The upper section (Hohe Mut Bahn II) to the Hohe Mut Alm operates as usual with slightly adjusted operating hours.
Hiking Trail
A specially marked hiking trail leads you through the larch forest directly to the middle station (Start of Section Hohe Mut Bahn II).
Shuttle Buses
Town Center Obergurgl <-> Section Hohe Mut Bahn II
- Operates daily from 9:00 a.m. – 4:15 p.m. at 20-minute intervals
- No shuttle service between 12:00 p.m. – 1:20 p.m.
- No bike transport
Ticket Sales (Hohe Mut Bahn Section II)
in the foyer of Gurgl Carat from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
