Highlights
RESTRICTIONS HOHE MUT CABLE CAR.
Due to construction work, the lower section (Mut Bahn Section I) will not be in operation in summer 2026. The upper section (Hohe Mut Bahn II) to the Hohe Mut Alm will operate as usual with slightly adjusted hours.
Hiking Trail
A specially marked hiking trail takes you through the Swiss Stone Pine forest directly to the middle station (starting point of Hohe Mut Bahn II).
Shuttle Buses
Town Center Obergurgl <-> Section Hohe Mut Bahn II
- Operates daily from 9:00 a.m. – 4:15 p.m. at 20-minute intervals
- No shuttle service between 12:20 p.m. – 1:20 p.m.
Planned operation (cable cars & shuttle buses): July 15 – September 13, 2026
Last descent (Section II): daily at 4:00 p.m.
