Basically, blue and easy slopes are perfect for beginners. There are 60 kilometers of such ski runs within the Gurgl ski area! The short "Wiesenlift" button lift in Obergurgl deserves special mention, as it not only takes you up but also offers a flat downhill section plus spacious run-out in the access area. Those who have nothing to do with button lifts will find another easy option at Hohe Mut I gondola lift. Ski piste number 6, leading from the gondola middle station back towards the village center, offers a very easy stretch.

All information about the Gurgl ski area

Here in Gurgl, we talk about two types: Full ski schools and so-called specialized ski schools. The former are full-range providers in all types of snow sports and, in addition to classic Alpine skiing, also teach snowboarding, telemark skiing and cross-country skiing. Specialized ski schools, on the other hand, only offer lessons in those areas for which they are authorized. In Gurgl there are 6 full ski schools and 2 specialized ski schools.
