The easy, 2 km long practice trail Hochgurgl near the valley station of the Hochgurglbahn II delights beginners as well as advanced skiers with its flat course above the tree line towards Königstal. Cross-country skiers and winter hikers enjoy the scenic beauty peacefully side by side. For evening workouts, part of the trail is even illuminated. The entrance is located above the Hochgurgl chapel on the ski slope.

Public transport
Travel comfortably and safely by train to the Ötztal railway station. The final stop or exit point is the ÖTZTAL station. Afterwards, you can travel conveniently and quickly by public bus or local taxi companies through the entire valley to your desired destination. Directions
Driving into the ÖTZTAL. Located in Tyrol, the ÖTztal branches south as the longest side valley of the Eastern Alps. Car travel leads visitors via the Inn valley to the valley entrance and further along the Ötztal. Besides the toll motorway, country roads can also be used.
