55th Glacier Flea March
Description
High Alpine Hiking Competition from Obergurgl (1,930 m) to Vent (1,900 m). It is one of the special challenges for every alpine hiker. The traditional march leads its participants through the high alpine glacier world of the back Ötztal to the Ramoljoch, which is 3,200 meters high – a crossing with a view of the surrounding mountains of the Ötztal. The route is well marked (red hiking path) with safety ropes.
Included services: Included in the entry fee: Taxi transfer of participants from Vent to Gurgl | one drink in the finish area | free luggage transport for all participants from the start in Gurgl to the finish in Vent: Luggage can be dropped off at the start.
Pure walking time: approx. 9 h. | 1,348 hm
