This is what the alps feel like - In our kitchen the natural raw materials from our alpine landscape find their creative master.
Our head chef, Christian Rudolf, lovingly called "Rudl", personally transforms these high-quality products, some of which come from our own farm, into a real gourmet treat. Whether it is a full breakfast, traditional creative lunches or an exquisite gala dinner.
