A rich beef consommé, meat sourced from the local region and a selection of delicious side dishes - at the Hotel Edelweiss & Gurgl you can enjoy a fondue evening you will never forget.
A special experience for two or with friends and family. With a "pre order" a day before, we would like to present you our Fondue's. Self-cooked either in a hearty broth or in the traditional sunflower oil, we are selecting and preparing daily meat products mostly from the own farms.
