Family room "Schalf" (approx. 33 m²): bedroom with box spring bed, separate living room with sofa-bed for 2 persons (sofa bed: 180x200 cm), cable-TV, safe and south-facing balcony, daylight bathroom with shower and WC.

Family room  „Ferwall“ (approx. 30 m²): 1 box spring bed, sitting area with sofa-bed for 2 more persons. bathroom with bathtub, WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, cable TV and safe.

Apartment "Type 1" on the ground floor (approx. 46 m²): 1 double room with box spring bed, 1 triple room with box spring bed and single bed, fully equipped small kitchen-cum-living room (electric cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge etc.) with dining area and small sofa, cable TV, safe, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and vanity mirror, separate WC, view to the parking.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer breakfast for apartment guests.

Apartment "Type 2" (approx. 33 m²): 1 double room, fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room (electric cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge etc.) with dining area and sofa bed for one more person, daylight bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer and make-up mirror, cable TV, safe. The apartment has a south-facing balcony.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer breakfast for apartment guests.

Apartment "Type 3" (approx. 60 m²) on the top floor: 1 double room and 1 twin bed room, 1 large, fully equipped kitchen (electric cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge etc.) with dining area and sofa bed for two more people, daylight bathroom with bathtub, WC, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, 1 separate WC, cable TV, safe. The apartment has a south-facing balcony.

Triple room "Festkogel" approx. 23 m²: double room with box-spring bed, small sitting area (sofa bed for 1 additional person), cable TV, safe, small balcony, daylight bathroom with shower, separate WC, hairdryer, make-up mirror.

Double room "Ramolkogel" with approx. 21 m²: double room with box-spring bed, small sitting area, bathroom with shower and WC, hairdriyer and cosmetic mirror, small balcony or terrace.

Double room "Zirmkogel" with approx. 19 m²: double room with box-spring bed, small sitting area, bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, small balcony or terrace.

Double room "Festkogel" approx. 22 m²: double room with box-spring bed, small sitting area, cable TV, safe, small balcony, daylight bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, make-up mirror.
