Sculptor workshop
Description
“The mountain calls” for stone carving and hiking, as well as for diverse encounters with people and nature. Close to the sky at 2000m elevation, between snow-covered mountains and rushing waterfalls, we carve limestone, marble, and granite. Soapstone and alabaster are available for children.
You find time and tranquility for yourself in the seclusion of the mountains. The soothing and relaxing rhythm of chiseling conveys a sense of timelessness, and thus the rhythmic clinking of iron and mallets becomes meditative music...
The encounter with the diverse nature of the mountains inspires you.
Stone carving is the ideal entry into three-dimensional work. The stone provides resistance, resisting quick solutions. Stone carving is a creative process, both destructive and liberating at the same time.
Individual work from beginners to advanced.
