Maria and Martin Grüner run Gurgl’s Farm Cheese Dairy. Their chamois-colored mountain goats enjoy life on the highest Alpine pastures of Ötztal with rich grass and unique herbs. Delicious cheese made from their milk reflects the full variety of Alpine flora in the high mountains. The portrait of two young people who lend a hand to maintain Ötztal’s oldest culture also in the future. (English subtitles available)
